Stress vs Relaxation
Stress is a major cause of physical and mental illness, including causes the body weight to be increased and reduced drastically. In addition, stress also affects the immune system. 3. Meditate for 20-30 minutes, every morning and evening. Meditation helps calm the body and mind. Meditation is simple, such as still and focusing the mind can make us feel at peace.
4. Reading a book of humor and watch your favorite comedy movie. Science proves laughter is a powerful way to relieve stress.
5. Walking – with someone we love can ease the stress. Hold the people we care about and ask him to walk – a little walk in the park. Enjoy the sunset together. Talk about a beautiful things with him.
Whitish Problems
