Active Games Can Increase Physical Activity Children
Many studies have shown about some of the benefits of physical activity by children. However, it is not easy for you to invite children to physical activity, while a variety of online games played by the more widespread children. A recent study found that by offering a variety of active games in their spare time children can improve children’s physical activity at this time, but these strategies need to be adjusted according to their gender.
The study involved eleven groups, each group consisted of children aged 10 to 11 years from 4 primary schools in Bristol, UK. The focus of this research are: 1) the perception of ‘play’ for children, 2) how many of those games that include active games, and 3) the context of children’s active play.
The researchers found the perception of children about what form the game as they play in general, and grouping behavior of physically active and passive. Children aged 10 to 11 years reported that they often actively involved in the game as taught by their previous generation, and the invaluable benefit physically and socially.
Rowan Brockman of the University of Bristol Centre for Exercise, Nutrition and Health Sciences, who led the study, said, “Children in the contemporary period involved in the game physically active is beneficial and also social. This suggests that at least some children do not choose to spend their time watching TV or playing computer games. ”
As published in the International Journal of Behavioural Nutrition and Physical Activity, boys prefer all kinds of game of “kick” or play a bike, while girls are more likely to be less like the same physical activity specifically as a boy. In addition, the boys seem to have greater freedom to roam in their active games than girls. Boys are more friends to play with their neighbors, but girls are more restricted to playing with the family.
The study is part of a larger project, namely the Active Play Project (Tapp) examine the contribution of active games with the overall physical activity of children of primary school

Games make children become smarter
Playing for children is how to know their world, express themselves, and learn the various rules which met from within the home or outside the home environment. In other words, play for children is not synonymous with ignorance and academic incompetence. Conversely, at a certain age, kids just have “required” to play with the right.
For those parents who have children who can not keep quiet and always has a way to play anything, you just need to be proud of your child. The reason that smart kids tend to be more active to select the games that stimulate the intellect, though not infrequently make you desperate so they have to send silent, or even give a specific threat.
Besides synonymous with intelligence, the children who “keep moving” is also synonymous with health. Drain of energy into their fun, and children will be depressed if you feel unwell. Activities that did not stop would not only do boys, because girls also have the instinct to climb trees, and there ran into the impervious lured hither without stop, etc.. But at other times, they will choose the gender instinct cooking game, or kicking the ball.
At the age of information, activities at the school also allows the children to try different desires, and make a new game to beat all of which can be played at home. They usually come to like sports, playing music, singing, dancing, etc..
So in essence, play and games for children is a vehicle to enhance its creativity, imagination, and their thinking ability to absorb all the information that can be obtained, as other media of learning done at certain times. By directing the children to play the type of game that can stimulate their development, children who can not keep quiet at the time the child will turn into a smart, clever, and in accordance with your ideals as a parent.
