<p>In one program, called ParentCorps, about 24 percent of children are obese at the age of 8 years. Compared with 54 percent of children who were in the comparison group who did not follow the program.</p>
<p>&#8220;The risk is lower obesity can be considered as a bonus, because the program was not really focused on the risk of obesity, exercise or diet of children. And the program is different from most of the efforts that have tried to solve the problem of obesity. Most programs aim to get children to eat less calorie-rich foods, exercise more, watch less TV. While most of these attempts have failed, &#8220;said Laurie Miller Brotman, a professor of child and adolescent psychiatry at New York University as reported from HealthNews, Wednesday (08/02/2012).</p>
<p>Parents are very involved in the child&#8217;s behavior, because parents who organize and educate the child to have healthy behaviors. Focus on skills program aimed at parents, because many parents need to learn how to effectively to do so.</p>
<p>Pogram has been developed for low-income urban families with children at high risk of behavioral problems. Parents and preschool children attend 14 weekly sessions in the evening. Parents learn, among other things on how to reinforce good behavior of children and how to discipline without corporal punishment.</p>
<p>Meanwhile, children play games that teach social skills and how to overcome emotions. The research team observed 146 children who were randomly assigned to take part in ParentCorps or as a control group.</p>
<p>The reason that these programs can lower the obesity rate has not been clearly determined. Although the program does not focus on diet and exercise are the children, but the program can affect the things that improve parenting skills in organizing and educating children.</p>

<p>In a study published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, vitamin B can overcome the symptoms of PMS women.</p>
<p>&#8220;Vitamin B affects the brain chemicals that trigger PMS. Consuming the right amount of vitamins will reduce the risk of premenstrual syndrome,&#8221; said the researcher, Patricia O. Chocano-Bedoya, Ph.D., of the University of Massachusetts.</p>
<p>In the long run peneltiian of 3,000 nurses, women who consumed vitamin B from foods have a risk of PMS symptoms 35% lower than it consumes little vitamin B.</p>

<p>Believed that the thiamine and riboflavin is necessary for the synthesis of brain chemicals (neurotransmitters) such as serotonin and dopamine that affect the appearance of PMS.</p>

<p>Most people do not include fruits and vegetables in the daily diet, whereas fruits and vegetables is an innovative and effective ways to ward off heart disease. Some fruits and vegetables have outstanding nutritional value and beneficial for heart health.</p>
